A box.com account isnt neccessary but is highly recommended depending on your file volume it may incur extra charges to store your files on the same server as the CRM.
The reports are found within the side drawer Dashboard Menu under Reports this will then show you a list of the available reports or an option to create your own custom report.
You may set an automatic email to send to you within your User Settings. You may also request and enquiry and/or task summary to be sent to you daily so you can see what you need to do for the day.
A Postmark account is highly recommended to send emails from which you can track it also allows emails sent to a specific postmark address to be recieved by the CRM to then be allocated to assigning. You can send emails via your own server by entering the correct SMTP information in App Settings.
The admin of your corporate box account will need to enter the App Settings and navigate to the Integration tab. They may then follow the instructions on that page to create a box config file and upload it to the server. They will then need to click Sync and sign into their box account. The CRM will then create all the neccessary folders within that box account for use.
We will send you a file for your admin to add to their Microsoft Office 360 Add-ons page that will contain your Outlook plugin for your company.
